All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order has been prepared, it is transferred to our shipping partners for international transit.
A tracking number will be issued shortly after your order is processed. In the early stages, the tracking page may confirm that shipment information has been received and the parcel is in transit within our logistics network.
Tracking activity may take a few days to appear while the parcel moves through our international logistics network. Updates will begin once the package is handed over to the local postal carrier in your region.
