Les Patrons Return Policy

****All discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds****

We want you to love everything from Les Patrons, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return process is designed to be quick and hassle-free.

 

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Final Sale: discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return:

  1. Submit a Request: Simply email us at info@lespatrons.store and enter your order number and please put “ Return” or exchange in the subject. 
  2. Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, you can ship the item back to the return address provided to you.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges/refunds

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same process. We’ll ship the new item to you as soon as your return is processed.
  • Les Patrons does not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to carefully review the size chart and product details before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
